Three generations of over-roasted opinions, perfectly pulled espresso, and sandwiches your mum would approve of. Pull up a chair — Bob's been expecting you.
Our Story
"I just wanted somewhere decent to get a coffee without paying for a Wi-Fi password in small print."
— Robert "Uncle Bob" Maguire, 1987
What started as a hole-in-the-wall espresso stand on Queen Street is now a Campbelltown institution. Same old bean supplier, same hand-built counter, same questionable opinions about AFL.
Everything here is made from scratch — the bread, the sauces, the excuses for why your order took so long. The crew changes but the culture doesn't: slow mornings, good food, and coffee that doesn't apologise for itself.
We source our beans direct from small farms in Ethiopia and Colombia, roast weekly in Marrickville, and dial in the grind fresh every morning. No shortcuts. Bob's watching.

Working remotely? Cool. Just order something. Bob's watching. The password never changes — it's been on the menu board since 2009 and we're not about to start gatekeeping it.

Old school. Actual stamps. No app, no sign-up, no data harvesting. Ask for a card at the counter — lose it and we'll look at you with pure disappointment.
Click a stamp to fill it in → 10th gets you a free coffee of any kind.
We also run a Birthday Month deal — bring ID, get a free slice of cake with any hot drink. No singing. Bob refuses.
